It allows research teams to analyze facial expressions captured in their existing video or image files without modifying their experimental protocols. The results are delivered as structured data (e.g., CSV), directly usable in statistical or computational analyses.

No. EmoData applies to your existing recordings. There’s no need to change your hardware, capture software, or collection procedures. You submit your files; EmoData handles the analysis.

Yes. EmoData applies strict standards: video and image files are deleted immediately after processing, no data is stored on EmoScienS servers once delivered, and no unsolicited analysis is performed. The data remains under the exclusive control of your research team. EmoScienS is registered with the CAI (biometrics registry) and complies with Law 25 and the GDPR.

Yes, additional support is available in the form of a bank of hours ($150/hour). This can include adjusting analysis parameters, assistance with methodological interpretation, and preparation of scientific documents (protocols, articles, grant applications).
